The working principle of the drum-type nursery seedling machine

The principle of roller-type nursery seeding line

Core component: A horizontally placed drum with specific-sized suction holes evenly distributed on its surface. The interior of the drum is evacuated.

Work process (four-step cycle):

Adsorption: A part of the drum rotates past the seed storage tank. Under the vacuum negative pressure, each seed suction hole adsorbs a single seed.

Cleaning process: The drum continues to rotate. It may pass through brushes or blowing devices to remove or blow off the excess seeds, ensuring that each hole contains only one seed.

Release: When the suction holes that are holding the seeds rotate to face the position directly below the holes of the tray, the vacuum is cut off or converted to positive air pressure, and the seeds are precisely blown or dropped into the corresponding planting holes of the tray.

Synchronization: The rotation speed of the drum is precisely synchronized with the conveying speed of the lower tray, ensuring that each planting position is precisely matched.

The core features and advantages of the drum-type seeder

High speed and efficiency: The drum rotates continuously, and the sowing speed is extremely fast. It is an ideal choice for assembly line operations and has high production efficiency.

High precision, seed saving: Through vacuum suction and seed cleaning devices, it can achieve high-precision single-seed sowing, especially suitable for expensive or granular seeds.

Seed adaptability: Extremely suitable for regular, uniformly sized granular seeds. By changing the rollers with different-sized holes for seed suction discs, it can be adapted to seeds of different sizes. The adjustment is relatively convenient.

Good stability: The mechanical structure is relatively sturdy and durable, and maintains high stability in a continuous production environment.
