The NRD-10X is designed to arrange and secure seeds at preset intervals onto a biodegradable paper tape. The resulting seed tapes are ready for direct sowing, ensuring a simplified, uniform, and consistent seed layout.
The machine employs a suction system to pick up seeds and place them onto the paper tape. Seed spacing (1 to 120 cm) and the number of seeds per position (1 to 10) can be adjusted according to the crop type and planting requirements.
This equipment is particularly well-suited for small, lightweight, or difficult-to-sow vegetable and medicinal plant seeds (such as those for cabbage, onion, chili pepper, carrot, and radish).

Designed for Stable Production
The NRD-10X utilizes a 1.5 kW vacuum pump and a 310 mm diameter aerospace-grade aluminum suction head for seed pick-and-place operations.
It is equipped with an imported 10th-generation industrial PLC control system, five German-engineered motors, and seven Panasonic sensors, ensuring stable and reliable performance during the feeding and sowing processes.
The main unit measures approximately 120 × 75 × 150 cm and features a high-strength carbon steel frame, specifically designed for daily industrial production.
