The 4RD-1200C adopts a full Siemens control system for the main unit, including spindle motors and servo motors. It enables fully automatic, precise control throughout the seed pelleting process, featuring superior accuracy, sound logic and outstanding stability.
- Single seed rate over 99%: The seed elevator adopts gravimetric weighing to precisely control seed feed volume, ensuring uniform pellets with a single seed rate exceeding 99%.
- Precise powder feeding & formula memory: Servo-driven screw metering delivers accurate powder feeding, with tolerance strictly controlled at ±5g per 1000g. The automatic control system stores production formulas for fully automatic precision operation.
- Smooth fine processing without jamming: The clearance between centrifugal disc and barrel wall is precisely set at 0.1–0.15 mm. Even tiny seeds will not get stuck. The belt-driven spindle delivers higher torque and smoother operation.

This production line consists of a Z-type seed elevator, dual-screw powder feeder, pelleting main unit, control cabinet and pulse dust collector. The rated working voltage is AC380V, with total installed power of 61.65 KW.
- Pelleting Main Unit: Dimensions 530045005000 mm, pelleting pan diameter 1200 mm. The 3 cm thick cylinder is made of high-strength carbon steel with surface coating for corrosion and heat resistance. Spindle motor: 22 KW; water spray motor:1.5 KW. Batch output within 30 minutes: finished pellets ≤150 kg. (Note: raw seed input 10–15 kg, subject to original seed size and target pellet diameter.)
- Z-type Seed Elevator: Hopper dimensions 10008001980 mm. Main hopper volume 300 L, weighing hopper volume 80 L, fitted with weighing module (1–100 kg) and display. Bucket elevator design; PP plastic bucket volume 1.8 L. 304 stainless steel lifting chain, nylon rollers. Lifting height 4700–4900 mm, capacity up to 2 m³/h.
- Dual-screw Powder Elevator: Composed of powder elevator and horizontal screw conveyor, dimensions 660017005500 mm. Hopper volume 800 L, conveying capacity ≤200 L/min. Screw feeder capacity 120 L, total power 15 KW, single feeding rate ≤2 KG/min.
