The 4RD‑800 seed pelleting production line is a fully‑automatic seed pelleting machine independently developed by Baoding Kairuote. It is specially designed for pelleting small and irregular seeds. For various tiny and irregular seeds, pelleting can round and regularize seed shape. It solves problems such as poor suitability of small seeds for mechanical sowing, low efficiency of manual seeding and uneven seedling emergence. It is suitable for seed companies, agricultural research institutes, agricultural universities, large‑scale farms, seedling bases, agricultural cooperatives and rural collective economic organizations.
This machine supports processing a wide range of seed types. For vegetables, it can handle seeds of pepper, tomato, carrot, onion, celery and lettuce. It also works for tiny seeds of tobacco, forage grass and various medicinal herbs.
The complete set consists of pelleting main unit, Siemens intelligent control cabinet, automatic feeding elevator and pulse dust collector. The core centrifugal disc is made of thickened 304 stainless steel. Key wear‑resistant parts are chrome‑plated. The frame is made of ordinary carbon steel with anti‑corrosive electrostatic powder‑sprayed surface. The gap between centrifugal disc and drum wall is 0.1‑0.15 mm. Even ultra‑fine seeds like tobacco seeds will not get stuck or leak. Centrifugal speed can be adjusted flexibly for different seed varieties.
Equipped with a full‑set Siemens automatic control system, the machine can store 1‑50 groups of processing formulas. There is no need to adjust proportion parameters repeatedly. It features high automation, simple operation and easy later‑stage maintenance. It adopts a medical‑grade peristaltic pump for water supply with layered atomizing water‑adding structure. Liquid control accuracy reaches the milliliter level and liquid flow can be adjusted freely. It is matched with a 0.55 KW water motor and a special Siemens frequency converter. The industrial‑grade pulse dust collector conducts synchronous dust removal throughout processing to keep the workshop dust‑free and clean. The automatic feeding elevator delivers materials stably for coordinated operation of all procedures.
It can process 300‑10000 g raw seeds per batch, with 30‑40 minutes processing time for each batch. The single‑seed rate of finished pellets is over 99 %, with extremely low empty‑seed rate and multi‑seed rate, achieving stable one‑seed‑per‑cell sowing performance.
The total power of the machine is 19 KW and AC380V industrial power supply is required. It should be placed indoors on hard and flat ground covering 30‑40 square meters. Ceiling height and door width shall be no less than 3 meters with good ventilation.
Pelleted seeds have more uniform size and weight, greatly reducing seed waste and labor costs for consistent seedling growth.
