2BP-800 Drum-Type Seeding Line Achieves Fully Automated, High-Efficiency Operation
The 2BP-800 drum-type seeding line is specifically designed for tray-based seedling production of vegetables, melons, fruits, and medicinal herbs. It integrates tray loading, soil filling, leveling, dibbling, seeding, and soil covering into a single production line, enabling continuous, automated operation and enhancing production efficiency.
The equipment utilizes vacuum suction technology and incorporates core components from established international industrial brands, ensuring that each seed is accurately deposited into its corresponding cell with a seeding precision exceeding 98%. Depending on tray specifications and seed size, the system achieves a maximum throughput of 800 trays per hour, boosting production capacity while minimizing seed waste.
It is particularly well-suited for seeds of leafy vegetables—such as chili peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, and lettuce—as well as seeds for melons and fruits, including cucumbers, watermelons, pumpkins, and corn.
