Operation process of the seed pelleting machine: Turn on the switch and pour seeds into the pelleting barrel. Seeds rotate at high speed inside. The powder feeding status can be monitored in real time. Turn on the water pump to fully mix seeds, pelleting powder and water. The seeds get wrapped layer by layer until they reach the proper size. Stop powder and water feeding, then discharge the seeds.
The seeds stay in a low-temperature environment during pelleting to preserve seed germination rate and vitality.
Freshly pelleted seeds contain high moisture. Without timely drying, seeds will germinate prematurely and crack under long-time compression. Pour pelleted seeds into the drying barrels. The machine adopts electric heating suspension drying. Seeds stay suspended during drying, so every single seed gets evenly dried.
Seeds processed by this pelleting machine have good flowability. It works perfectly for both direct seeding and plug seedling raising. It reduces seed waste and cuts labor cost. Seeds germinate evenly, seedlings grow robustly and vegetables have better quality.
