The 2026 China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition grandly opened in Tianjin on October 26. The entire exhibition is held indoors, with more than 3,000 exhibitors from home and abroad. It focuses on high-end intelligent equipment and cutting-edge technologies.
At this exhibition, Hebei Kairuot presented its self-developed cutting-edge seed pelleting technology and a complete set of precision sowing solutions for vegetable seeds, mainly including seed pelleting machines, numerically controlled seed braiders and fully automatic plug seedling production lines.
Seed pelleting is a seed pre-treatment technology. Centered on seeds, it adopts ultra-high-speed uniform centrifugal pelleting and layered coating to make seeds larger, heavier and more uniform into smooth spherical pellets for precision sowing, which saves seeds and eliminates the need for thinning.
The Kairuot KRT-330C seed pelleting machine features a compact structure and simple operation, suitable for processing all kinds of fine seeds. It is applicable to small seeds such as pepper, tomato, carrot, green onion, onion, celery, lettuce, tobacco, forage grass and medicinal herbs.
This machine mainly consists of four parts: one pelleting main unit, two temperature-controlled drying barrels, one dust collector and a matching air pump.
Its working capacity is 50–500 g per batch, single seed rate ≥99%, and the processing time per batch is 30–40 minutes.
After setting the parameters and formula, put clean seeds into the pelleting barrel and add powder into the feeding bin. While the seeds rotate at a constant high speed, the machine sprays liquid automatically. Powder is fed down through a vertical screw. An electronic weighing module monitors the powder feeding weight in real time to ensure even powder supply. The seeds get coated layer by layer to form uniform pellets. Excess loose powder is recovered by the dust collector to reduce material waste. Once pelleting is finished, transfer the pellets to the drying barrel for low-temperature suspension drying to preserve seed vitality, and the finished pellets are discharged at last.
