In modern precision agriculture, small seeds such as celery, carrot, and tomato seeds often have a low weight and poor flowability. This makes precise manual sowing extremely difficult. It can also lead to significant seed waste and uneven emergence, which directly affects crop growth and yield.

With precise powder feeding and a medical-grade peristaltic pump for water delivery, each seed can be evenly coated. The single-seed forming rate can reach over 98%.

The seed pelleting machine mainly works based on the principle of centrifugal granulation. During the pelleting process, the seeds remain in a suspended state. This allows small seeds to be pre-treated and transformed into larger, heavier, and more uniform pellets, making them suitable for mechanized precision sowing.

During the pelleting process, certain nutrients, pesticides, or other seed-treatment formulations can also be added. This can provide additional nutrients for the seeds, help protect them from diseases and pests, and improve their stress resistance.

The seed pelleting machine operates under low-temperature conditions, helping better protect seed viability and minimize the impact on the germination rate.

The machine has a large processing capacity. It can process 500–8,000 g of raw seeds per batch, with a processing time of approximately 30 minutes.

After pelleting, the seeds have significantly improved flowability. They can be used not only for mechanized precision sowing, but also for plug-tray seedling production. One seed per cell helps reduce seed consumption and effectively minimizes missed sowing and double sowing.
