The control cabinet is fully equipped with Siemens components, featuring strong logic control, stable operation and precise regulation. We can input formulas according to your target crops for pelleting, eliminating the tedious proportioning work in later stages. It enables automatic and precise control over the whole seed pelleting process. Adding new crop varieties for pelleting later is fully supported.
The machine adopts an ultra-high-speed centrifugal granulation principle. Seeds remain suspended during pelleting. Combined with precise powder dosing and water supply via a medical-grade peristaltic pump, the pelleted seeds feature consistent size, with a single-seed rate of over 98%.
To preserve seed vitality, the machine adopts low-temperature pelleting throughout the process. The powder materials are new environmentally friendly products with water solubility and cracking properties. Low-temperature drying is required after pelleting. These three measures effectively guarantee seed germination rate and vigor.
Pelleted seeds contain a certain amount of moisture and must be dried. Otherwise, seeds may germinate prematurely or get damaged due to mutual extrusion.
The seed drying room is specially developed for pelleted seeds. Seeds stay suspended during drying to achieve 360° uniform drying, which better maintains seed integrity and hardness.
