Weighing feeding: The seed elevator adopts a weighing measurement mode, precisely controlling the seed feeding amount, ensuring uniformity and consistency of the pellets in each batch. The single-seed rate can reach over 99%, and the seed emergence regularity is better. Servo screw precise powder supply: The powder supply is driven by a servo motor to quantitatively discharge the powder, with the powder discharge accuracy strictly controlled within ±5g/1000g. The powder supply is stable, avoiding problems such as excessive or insufficient powder causing thick pellets, cracking, or improper pellet formation. Liquid supply system: Medical-grade peristaltic pump for water supply. The water volume can be adjusted to the ml level. Working principle: Ultra-high-speed centrifugal granulation, the seeds are in a suspended state during pelletization, and each seed can be uniformly wrapped. The single-seed rate is over 98%.
Machine processing parts: The gap between the centrifugal disc and the barrel wall is controlled at 0.1 – 0.15mm. For fine seeds such as lettuce, celery, and onion, it effectively reduces seed sticking and damage, protecting the seed activity.
