The 2HJB-1200L substrate mixer is primarily designed for the intensive, high-efficiency production of seedlings for vegetables, medicinal herbs, flowers, and tobacco. Capable of uniformly mixing various substrates and additives to meet diverse production requirements, it can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated with a seeding line to form a complete seedling production system.
The mixer has specific installation requirements: it operates on an AC 380V/50Hz power supply and requires an installation area measuring 5–8 meters in length and 3–5 meters in width. The equipment must be placed on a paved, hardened surface or on fixed concrete pads of appropriate specifications to facilitate coordinated operation with other seedling production equipment; the suitable indoor operating temperature range is 0–40°C.
The substrate mixer features a comprehensive operational workflow, sequentially handling substrate loading, water addition and mixing, and fertilizer incorporation, followed by automatic discharge via a tilting mechanism. With a single-batch mixing capacity of up to 1,000 liters, the equipment includes automatic lifting and discharge functions; it ensures thorough mixing without compromising the substrate’s chemical composition or physical structure. Water input is adjustable to meet specific moisture requirements, and the mixing cycle ranges from 3 to 10 minutes. The unit is equipped with an aluminum watering system featuring multiple nozzles that provide full coverage of the mixing chamber’s cross-section, with adjustable flow rates. The discharge system offers an adjustable tilt angle of up to 42 degrees in both directions, utilizing two adjustable limit switches to accommodate various discharge scenarios.
