The Double Row Nursery Seeding Line 2BP-510A is a high-efficiency automated agricultural equipment, fully meeting the standard production requirements of large-scale farms. It is consist of filling machine,seeder and secondary back filling machine.
The filling machine is made of stainless steel，featuring high temperature resistance，corrosion resistance and long service life. It adopts conveyor belt transmission, equipped with 3 Delta motors with a total power of 0.26kw.The seeder adopts a Mitsubishi (Japan) control system. Relays and vacuum generators are from SMC(Japan), while sensors are from Panasonic(Japan). Equipped with high-quality branded components, the machine ensures accurate control and stable operation.
This nursery seeding line adopts double-row dibbling, which ensures higher efficiency. The seeding speed is about 600 trays per hour.The nursery seeding line can customized to match with different size trays, both the black plastic trays and float trays. And it can also use for different seed, such as tomatoes, carrots and chilli peppers
