The 4RD\u2011800 seed pelleting production line is a fully\u2011automatic seed pelleting machine independently developed by Baoding Kairuote. It is specially designed for pelleting small and irregular seeds. For various tiny and irregular seeds, pelleting can round and regularize seed shape. It solves problems such as poor suitability of small seeds for mechanical sowing, low efficiency of manual seeding and uneven seedling emergence. It is suitable for seed companies, agricultural research institutes, agricultural universities, large\u2011scale farms, seedling bases, agricultural cooperatives and rural collective economic organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This machine supports processing a wide range of seed types. For vegetables, it can handle seeds of pepper, tomato, carrot, onion, celery and lettuce. It also works for tiny seeds of tobacco, forage grass and various medicinal herbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The complete set consists of pelleting main unit, Siemens intelligent control cabinet, automatic feeding elevator and pulse dust collector. The core centrifugal disc is made of thickened 304 stainless steel. Key wear\u2011resistant parts are chrome\u2011plated. The frame is made of ordinary carbon steel with anti\u2011corrosive electrostatic powder\u2011sprayed surface. The gap between centrifugal disc and drum wall is 0.1\u20110.15\u202fmm. Even ultra\u2011fine seeds like tobacco seeds will not get stuck or leak. Centrifugal speed can be adjusted flexibly for different seed varieties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equipped with a full\u2011set Siemens automatic control system, the machine can store 1\u201150 groups of processing formulas. There is no need to adjust proportion parameters repeatedly. It features high automation, simple operation and easy later\u2011stage maintenance. It adopts a medical\u2011grade peristaltic pump for water supply with layered atomizing water\u2011adding structure. Liquid control accuracy reaches the milliliter level and liquid flow can be adjusted freely. It is matched with a 0.55\u202fKW water motor and a special Siemens frequency converter. The industrial\u2011grade pulse dust collector conducts synchronous dust removal throughout processing to keep the workshop dust\u2011free and clean. The automatic feeding elevator delivers materials stably for coordinated operation of all procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can process 300\u201110000\u202fg raw seeds per batch, with 30\u201140\u202fminutes processing time for each batch. The single\u2011seed rate of finished pellets is over 99\u202f%, with extremely low empty\u2011seed rate and multi\u2011seed rate, achieving stable one\u2011seed\u2011per\u2011cell sowing performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total power of the machine is 19\u202fKW and AC380V industrial power supply is required. It should be placed indoors on hard and flat ground covering 30\u201140\u202fsquare meters. Ceiling height and door width shall be no less than 3\u202fmeters with good ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
