The seed weaving machine has undergone revolutionary changes in the electrical control part. Based on the working characteristics of the weaving machine, a computer programming controller has been developed.
This controller utilizes frequency conversion technology and, based on years of operating experience, sets various operating parameters for the weaving machine.
Vegetables,carrot,lettuce,celery,onion,Scallion,chili,coriander,radish,beets,spinach,grass,many different herbs and flowers seed.The vegetables were braided rope seeding. Dandelion, parsnip, burdock and other medicinal materials were sown in “”linear”” precision.
Appearance: Large suction cup 260mm, high working efficiency of 3600-3800 meters/h.
Suction cup material: aviation aluminum material, lightweight, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and has undergone oxidation sandblasting treatment for a long service life.
Principle: Adopting the principle of air suction, negative pressure suction seed, positive pressure drop seed. Accurately grasp the seeds without damaging them, achieving a quantitative seeding effect.
Air pump: Japanese Haoliwang vacuum air pump, with low operating sound. Long service life.
High suction, uniform gas production, and smooth operation. Long term use will not result in fluctuating suction force. It can effectively ensure the accuracy of weaving. After experimental testing, the machine can work continuously for 24 hours a month with high efficiency.
Intelligence: The weaving machine has a high degree of intelligence, with 7 Japanese Panasonic infrared sensors having high sensitivity. (Missing seeds, broken wires, paper, 2 winding wires, 2 cycloid wires), any problem in any link will trigger an alarm, achieving unmanned operation and greatly improving work efficiency with multiple machines per person.
Display screen: Built in 7 “Mitsubishi System Industrial Computer from Japan. Adjusting the plant spacing to 1-100cm allows for setting and monitoring of weaving meters, weaving speed, and more.
Coordination: The machine adopts a full motor operation setting, with modular separate control, one motor controls one module, simple maintenance, easy troubleshooting, and repair where it breaks down. The coordinated operation of the entire motor ensures even torque and precise weaving.
5 motors (suction cup, winding, metering wheel, cycloid, winding)
Customized display screens from Xinjie and pressure gauges from Hongqi. Sensors from Panasonic in Japan and finely researched motors from Germany.
