The 2BP-1200A Drum-Type Nursery seeding Line features a compact overall dimension of 11.1m (L) × 2.41m (W) × 1.8m (H) and integrates five core modules: the substrate lifting and tray loading all-in-one machine, drum-type precision seeder, soil backfilling machine, water sprinkler, and tray receiving device. It forms a fully automated operation system covering the entire process of automatic soil covering, leveling, roller brushing, hole pressing, drum-type precision seeding, soil backfilling and secondary roller brushing. Eliminating the need for manual intervention in multiple links, it not only avoids errors caused by manual operation but also greatly improves seedling raising efficiency, stably completing 1,200 trays per hour. The production line is flexibly compatible with national standard seedling trays and white foam seedling trays (width ＜ 350mm, height ＜ 100mm, unlimited length), easily meeting the basic operation needs of various large-scale seedling raising scenarios.

The whole machine adopts the servo control system matched by Inovance, combined with Siemens electrical components from Germany and photoelectric switches from Panasonic and Omron of Japan, achieving high-standard configuration from core control to detailed sensing. The 210mm aluminum alloy drum is paired with brass nozzles, and its plug-and-play design allows for quick replacement by a single person; one rotation of the drum can complete seeding for 2 to 4 trays with uniform speed and outstanding precision. The high-strength ABS plastic hole pressing component supports flexible switching between single-row and staggered hole pressing modes with adjustable depth, adapting to the seedling raising characteristics of different seeds. Complemented by real-time monitoring from 3 photoelectric sensors and 3 contact sensors, it ensures accurate tray positioning and error-free seeding, with the seeding qualification rate stably maintained at over 98%.
